I don't know about you but this time of year I'm flat out writing Christmas Cards and wrapping presents. Rushing from Nativity's to Christmas party's.....for the kids! All of a sudden they say "What's for tea?".....shit forgot I need to feed them AS WELL ha ha.
I'm a big fan of a good beige freezer tea but not too many times in a week...even they start to complain. Also sometimes need a good meal on the go when going straight from school to the many activity's. Just wanted to share an idea I do and showed last year which my kids love
I got these boards or "Picnic Boards" as we now call them for £1 each from B and Ms load them up with goodies they like for a quick but healthy tea, good to get the vits in this time of year to avoid dreaded bugs flying about.
Peanut or Almond Butter Wraps...
Even a chucky egg looks better!
Last year we had to go straight from school to a few things like the Polar Express...excited just thinking about it. So the boys had to eat in the car.
I got these boxes from Dunelm for £1.99 and I've still got them to use again this year they were such good quality. I put their names on them and filled with a picnic, they loved it and I used them a few times for a fun tea on the go.
They loved finding them on their seat.
Love to see your ideas.
