I have 2 rambunctious (thats cute for hyper) hilarious boys Archie 10 and Oscar 7 who are my world. We were the three musketeers in a little house by the sea for a long time but we are now on a whole new life adventure in that there Yorkshire. Sooo it went like this...
Geordie Girl met Yorkshire Boy by pure chance at Work.
Girl had never been to Leeds.
Before this Boy had never been to Newcastle.
Turns out Boy is also divorced and has two little girls.
Girl has two little Boys.
Boy asks Girl for lunch.
Girl says No. She hates big boys right now.
Boy sweeps girl completely off her feet.
Girl decides this boy is pretty special and deserves a chance.
Lots of fun, adventures and love later.
The little Boys meet the little Girls and get on better than could be hoped.
Lots of fun, adventures and love altogether later.
The girls and boys, big and little decided we should become a family.
So here we are living near Leeds as a big happy party of 6! Kids go boy, girl, boy, girl 10,9,8,7! It's is...crazy but I love us and wouldn't change a thing, well except I wish there was a beach here.
I first started this blog in 2013 while on Maternity leave to stop my brain turning to mush...some you win some you lose. It initially was for recipes but after a toddler and chicken pox scenario induced rant, it turns out my unfiltered tone, crazy kids and adventures were way more popular. So its peppered.

My Bestie once said “If you mixed Charlotte and Samantha from Sex and the City it’s you!” so there you go. I’m a reallly honest Mam you won’t find me sugar coating parenthood, kids are hard work! I’m also food obsessed, love to eat, make a canny cake. I have also lost 5st with Slimming World after having my boys, so like most girls always battling the bulge.
